Facilitator Training

At Deo Victoria we value every Connect Group Facilitator. We have a special training program for our Facilitators, where we equip and empower them so they can facilitate their Connect Groups with confidence and excellence. We have Connect Group facilitator training twice a year, where we take our Facilitators on a weekend retreat for personal equipping and ministry. We like to empower our people!

We also understand the pace of modern life, and therefore we supply our Connect Group Facilitators with much needed Small Group Kits, to make the facilitation very easy for them.
