New Members

At Deo Church, we like to make our new visitors and members feel welcome and at home, especially on Sundays during our meetings. You will find our friendly Helpers at all our foyers, and there will be someone at the counter in the main foyer to assist you.

We want you to become part of the family. The first thing that you should do is to tell us about yourself. You can do this by completing the card received in church upon your first visit or getting a new member application form at the counter in our foyer.
Our friendly secretaries will contact you with information about the first steps you need to take to become a member. You will also be invited to come to our New Member Sessions which are presented quarterly at the Church.
The secret to any person joining a new Church is just to embrace it! Therefore we suggest that you join a ministry where you can immediately begin to serve the Body of Christ.

Baptism

Baptism is a sign of one giving up one’s old way of life and entering a new way of life in Christ. If you would like to be baptised during our Sunday morning service, please contact the Church Office.

Dedication

Strong and healthy families are extremely important to us, and healthy families begin with our children. We believe in dedicating our children to the Lord Jesus Christ. We have special dedication meetings quarterly.

If you want to dedicate your baby or child unto Jesus, you can just contact the Church Office, and someone from our friendly office staff will inform you about the steps to be taken and all the information you need to make your child’s dedication a special occasion!
