At Deo Church we understand how important it is that a Church has young people with passion and zeal. Young people are not the Church of tomorrow, but the Church of today. Every age group is equally important to us, but it gives us much satisfaction to see a Church filled with young people. We allow young people to express themselves with their God given gifts and talents, so they might be a blessing to the Church and the community.

Dedication

Strong and healthy families are extremely important to us, and healthy families begin with our children. We believe in dedicating our children to the Lord Jesus Christ. We have special dedication meetings quarterly.

If you want to dedicate your baby or child unto Jesus, you can just contact the Church Office, and someone from our friendly office staff will inform you about the steps to be taken and all the information you need to make your child’s dedication a special occasion!

DeoKidz

This is our Children’s ministry for ages 4 to 12 years. DeoKidz get together during our Sunday Morning Church meetings. We have a skilled and passionate team of Facilitators and a complete children’s Curriculum of a high standard, to impart Biblical principles in their lives. With complete peace of mind, you can leave your child in the safety of our team and safe playground.

When you arrive at Church, just ask one of our friendly helpers to guide your child to DeoKidz and while you enjoy the meeting, your children are also spiritually cared for.
There are no DeoKidz meetings during the School Holidays.

Deo Church understands the challenges that teenagers face in the era we are living in. SHIFT is our ministry to High School pupils between 13 and 18 years. Under the Leadership of Rudolph Vermaak, as well as a skilled and dedicated team of leaders and supervisors, you can be assured that your teenager is continually equipped to face the challenges, temptations and trials that come along in their daily lives.

SHIFT meetings take place on Friday evenings between 18:00 and 20:00. There are no SHIFT meetings during the School Holidays.
